Thanks to the new interface, customers who work with ZOLLER's tool management benefit from automated and high-performance data transfer to NX CAM.

Interface between NX CAM and ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions
Via the Technology Manager Data Service (TMDS) communication module developed at JANUS, all relevant tool data is referenced into the necessary format for NX CAM.
The tool data is created and managed in ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions, as is the measuring and setting of the tools. The TMDS is used to transfer all the necessary information to NX CAM. The users load the tools in their familiar NX environment. The export of a setup sheet to Siemens NX also enables the programming data to be transferred back from NX to ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions.
